Welcome!
Hey there and welcome!
Whether you know me or not, you are about to embark on a journey of my obsession with beauty products. Now, let me make this clear, makeup does not make you beautiful. To whoever needs to hear this, you are already beautiful in so many ways and have so many people who love you dearly for who YOU are. That being said, beauty products can help make us feel good about ourselves. If you feel good, you do good!
There is this confidence piece of makeup that I love so dearly. Like finding that perfect shade of lipstick that shifts the attitude from "I don't know if I can do this" to "I am a boss- try me." However, getting the hang of makeup can be tricky. Whether it is the application or just the product itself, makeup can become overwhelming. I mean, have you ever walked into a Sephora knowing you needed a product like a foundation, but weren't sure what to get or where to start? Then, the Sephora employees bombard you with questions that you may not even know the answer to? And somehow you end up getting talked into a product that you aren't even sure if you like or is going to work, but you didn't know how to say no, so now you either got a sample or bought it? And you still don't even know what's going on?
Been there, done that.
I hope to take away that overwhelming feeling with honest reviews of fabulous finds and fantastic failures. You'll know if products are a winner if they end up with a "Kel Yeah" and to maybe avoid products that warranted a "Oh, Kel No."
XOXO,
Kelly
